Insurer to enter into 3 year agreement with agent |

As per a recent circular issued by IRDA, Every insurer is now required to enter into a 3 year agreement with agent.
a. Insurer will have the right to terminate agency under certain conditions even before this period.
b. Renewal commission not to be paid, if agent leaves before 5 years. |
